Afrah Foundation was born from this profound loss — founded by Mr. Mohammad Maquesood Alam and family to transform grief into a mission of hope, empowerment, and social change.

About Afrah Foundation

Afrah Foundation is an educational and charitable trust dedicated to uplifting the poor, needy, and underprivileged sections of society — especially girls, youth, and vulnerable communities. It is a registered public charitable trust founded by Mr. Mohammad Maquesood Alam and family.

The Foundation operates without any profit motive, ensuring that all income and resources are utilized solely for charitable purposes in accordance with applicable laws. Trustees serve in an honorary capacity, reinforcing the Foundation's commitment to service over personal gain.

The Trust is governed by a Board of Trustees with full accountability, proper accounting, and annual audits — ensuring integrity and transparency in all operations.
